Rooted in Palestine. Present in the work.

A community is built through responsibility.

For me, that responsibility takes different forms: developing youth programs, coordinating volunteers, helping organize humanitarian events, supporting families through zakat distribution, and contributing to the daily work of Muslim institutions.

I serve with Young Muslims, Human Development Fund, and the Islamic Center of the East Valley. I am also involved in community development and strategic planning for the East Valley Islamic Campus, and serve as Director of Islamic Affairs at Honeybadger Solutions.

These are connected commitments. Youth need institutions they can trust. Institutions need people who take responsibility. Humanitarian initiatives need communities willing to organize and give.

Politics, law, and a growing public voice.

Alongside that work, I am pursuing a B.S. in Political Science at Arizona State University on a pre-law path. My interests include foreign policy, Middle Eastern and Palestinian politics, political institutions, law, and public life.

I plan to pursue complementary formal study in Islamic Studies and Sharia. Through video and future writing, I am developing a public voice around Palestine, politics, Islam, and community life.
